1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing moneytalkswmo.com, taking our quiz, purchasing our products, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or buy our products. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Money Talks W Mo, a sole proprietorship operated by Monique Hill.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Our Products and Services

We offer educational digital products (such as the Money Talks Workbook) and coaching services. All products and services are subject to availability and may change at any time.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you also agree to your payment processor's terms. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

For digital products (workbooks, downloads): We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on the Money Talks Workbook. If you read the workbook, do the work, and genuinely don't get value from it, email us at heymo@moneytalkswmo.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund

you in full. No forms, no hoops.

For coaching services: Refund terms for coaching are outlined in the separate coaching agreement signed at the start of the engagement.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith (for example, repeated refund requests after consuming the full product).

6.Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our products — including text, graphics, the workbook, the archetype framework, the quiz, and any coaching materials — is owned by Money Talks W Mo and protected by US copyright law. When you purchase the Money Talks Workbook, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the workbook for your own self-development.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the workbook with others

Reproduce or republish the content in any form

Use our content to train AI models

Claim our framework, archetypes, or content as your own

If you'd like to share what you learned from the workbook, please direct people to purchase their

own copy.

7. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

You will not:

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's functioning

Use the site to harass, abuse, or harm anyone

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Scrape, copy, or systematically download our content

8. No Guarantees of Results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Talks W Mo and Monique Hill are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount

you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. You agree that your use of our products and services is at your own risk.

10.Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Money Talks W Mo and Monique Hill from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. By continuing to use our site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
